Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please mail it back within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund your purchase. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
(Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will not be given for items returned in worse condition.)
Payment Methods We Accept
PayPal: You can pay with your checking account or credit card through PayPal. If you pay using an e-check, your order will ship as soon as your e-check clears.
Credit Cards: We accept Amex, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Our checkout is 100% secure.
Shipping Information
Secure Shipping: We package single cards in hard cases and team bags, and ship them in padded mailers or Priority Mail boxes. We guarantee that your cards will not be damaged in transit.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items you order. All shipping is done via USPS.
International Customers: You may be responsible for local duty taxes based upon the value of your order. We will not ship to any location where insurance is unavailable.
Fast Shipping: We ship all orders within one business day. Delivery time will vary by location and shipping method.
Missing Items: If any items from your order are not available, we will promptly refund that portion of your order, and notify you as soon as possible.
Gift Orders: In order to help combat fraud, we may require verification before shipping an order to a different address than your billing address. We will contact you in the event this is necessary. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be refunded.
Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup for customers in the Oshkosh, WI area. There is no shipping or handling charge when you pick up your cards. Please e-mail us for more information.
